Hello, community!

I am experiecing difficulties while trying to attivate an account for a GeoBIM project using my administrator access on ArcGIS Online. After logging in to my Autodesk account, the process , resulting in the following URL with callback error:  https://xyzxyzx.maps.arcgis.com/apps/geobim/widgets/keystone/accounts-explorer/dist/runtime/assets/bim360-callback.html

I've tried different autodesk accounts and browsers, but the problem persists.

Do you have any idea of this issue?   What could be causing this callback?

Thank you in advance.

It appears you are following the instructions for configuring an Enterprise environment. For ArcGIS Online, there is an App in the Autodesk Construction Cloud for GeoBIM that just needs to be enabled. You do not need to create your own app with callback url. Detailed instructions for ArcGIS Online can be found here

Hello @ACheuvront ,

Thank you for your response.

I am using my ArcGIS Online account and have already enabled the app in Autodesk Construction Cloud. However, the error still occurs.

Here are the steps I've taken:

1) Created an Autodesk Construction Cloud account.
2) Selected the thumbnail image for ArcGIS GeoBIM and activated it on the Featured Apps page in Account Admin.
3) Logged in to arcgis.com as an administrator.
4) Clicked on the GeoBIM app.
5) Created a new project.
6) Logged in to my Autodesk account.
7) Received the callback error.

I've also tried this with other users. I created new Construction Cloud accounts for them and attempted to log in.

Additionally, I am using the same email for both my ArcGIS Online and ACC accounts. I've been using the Geobim app for a while now and I have used it for different companies. This is the first I've encountered this error - normally I can log in easily.

Could there be some kind of link with my Enterprise Account that is blocking my access?

Thank you again.

I believe I misunderstood the problem as originally stated. The callback url has to be manually configured with Enterprise, but the problem you are having is the callback url page is not closing and returning you to GeoBIM.

I have seen this happen before, but the page closes after a short while. It appeared to be a delay in passing the information from Autodesk to Esri.

I have not been able to reproduce this problem but I have seem some different errors when using Portuguese as the browser language. I will continue investigating the source of the problem.

It is highly unlikely to be a problem with your account.

Hi there,

I am trying to configure GeoBIM in Enterprise 11.3, I am gettingan Autodesk Authentication error message

Jamie_Till_1-1727344860508.png

I have followed the installation instructions up to "Authorize the APS application for the Autodesk Construction Cloud account" following the "Scenario 1—Provision Access for Your Own App" link it takes me through a BIM360 process, we are using ACC and none of the steps relate to ACC.

In ACC under custom integrations it is all showing as correct, are there instructions for this part for ACC or am I missing something? We have checked whitelists etc and all appear to be OK, the json file has been updated and the portal restarted. I can create a project no problem, it is at the account step where it is failing. It does ask for this

However as soon as you hit Allow it returns to the GeoBIM page and asked for Authorisation.

Any ideas greatly appreciated
