How to increase decimal places in ArcGIS Map

By default, ArcGIS tooltip shows 2 digit decimal places, even though I keep the Format- Decimal  and number of decimal places to be shown- 5. I need the number with 5 places decimal. Eg : 0.01234 . Please help
