Can't access my additional edit features on Power BI

Hello,

With a creator license can I access the additional edit features on Power BI? My visual doesn't give me that option when I add my online credentials and I would like to add a reference layer. I tried updating my Power BI version but I'm still unable.

Hi Maria,

What are the additional edit features that you are trying to access?

Are you seeing a failed login attempt, or does it let you login but the visual is stuck in view mode?

If you start a new tab, add the map there and login, then return to the tab you were working on... does this resolve the behavior?

Are you able to login and see your content, but the layer will not load... or you cannot even see your content?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for getting back to me. I just want to access a reference layer created on my Esri online account. I can click on it but it doesn't load onto Power BI. The layer is already public.
