Auto Zoom on ESRI map not working

I successfully set up a report that displays properties on an Esri map. I can drill through to a second page to get details about the property, but the ESRI map on the details page does not zoom to the location.  

If I add a Bing Map or Azure map on the detail page, both automatically adjust.

Can this be fixed or a workaround provided?
