The Widget from ArcGis doesn't show any information, when it doesn't work, just white window.
Below are situations in which widget works and doesn't work:
Power BI Desktop in Company WLAN --> does not work
Power BI Desktop outside of Company WLAN or with hotspot --> works
App Power Bi in Company WLAN --> works
App Power Bi outside of Company WLAN or with hotspot --> works
what can be a problem in company wlan?
could it need to be white listed? your IT group should be able to determine this.
