Arc GIS map visual does not keep changed colors after saving/filtering.

Our client is using Arc GIS map visual in power BI Desktop. When he changes default colors for specific values it will not get saved. Once the user starts to filter, colors revert back to default.
It gives no error.

There are two issues we know about know for when this doesn't work, and are working through them.

Is the layer on the map styled with a unique value or is it based on a range of values?

No ETA yet, but we do understand this is critical to our users.

Clients answer:

Well what I would love is if there could exist a range Green – yellow – orange – red, but unfortunately this doesn’t exist.

So I had to use the functionality to assign unique colours per category, the manual way.
