Unable To Submit -- Error Metadata Failed to Attach

I recorded line data in Field Maps (IOS) and went to hit "submit" and received the error "metadata failed to attach." I tried deleting all metadata and checked to ensure layer had attachments enabled, but nothing seems to allow me to submit the data.

Hi Tim, curious to hear if you resolved this issue? We suddenly had a similar issue pop up- exclusively with line features.

I am currently experiencing a similar issue and am unable to identify the source of the error, as this is a hosted feature layer.

Did you get any resolution on this? One of our users just reported this "Metadata failed to attach" error in the field as well. It's the first I've heard of it.
