Experience Builder jumpy zoom

When I'm zooming in or out of a map in Experience Builder, the zoom animation is very smooth when I'm using a trackpad, but when I use a mouse scroll wheel, there is no zoom animation and it looks very jumpy. I'm using a standard Logitech mouse. In the gif below, I'm using a mouse scroll wheel at first, and then switch to using a trackpad. I'm getting the same behavior whether it's my own Experience Builder app or someone else's.

A year later - the problem still persists. ☹️

I noticed that the mouse scroll works correctly when using pure Arcgis SDK for JavaScript, but the problem only appears in the Experience Builder.

Any workaround for EB?

I have noticed this too. @Jianxia, can you confirm if this is expected behavior in Experience Builder?
