ArcGIS Experience Builder filter widget - limits on number of SQL clauses

Hi, I am using the filter widget and have 2 separate AND clauses to filter one layer, using the 'contains' filter.  I can add a third clause, and EB seems to accept this.  However when I preview the live version, I cannot seem to press the 'Apply button' - this seems to only work with 2 clauses.  I wonder if there is a limit which EB places on the number of clauses that can be applied.  I have also got another layer filtered as well, my ultimate aim is to have a group filter to filter both layers simultaneously.

I am using OR in my case, but I have a few applied and it works as expected.

I then have other filters set up on that same layer with different fields. 

I went to another application to look for 'AND'

I have 3 here that seem to be working. 

Is this what yours looks like or am I off??
