GIF Issue on Experience Builder

Hi, I need help to check why my GIF images are disappearing when I open the website, although it still exists on the experience builder. This GIFs were uploaded into ArcGIS and I copied the URL to the image container. I have opened the sharing info of each GIF to "public". Do you know what just happened? I tried to wait because I thought it was just a buffering problem, but nothing changed. The web link: Mapping Housing, you should click "I need guidance" to access those GIFs

  1. The GIF files are too large; even those with only a few seconds of duration can be dozens of megabytes. It’s best to compress the GIFs.
  2. The sections in the dialog do not have lazy loading enabled, so all 13 GIFs are loaded at once, which causes significant slowness.
