Portal login failure after upgrade to 10.9.1. Unable to login using IDP.

Hi,

We did upgrade Portal for ArcGIS from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1. After that we are not able to sign and getting the below error

Unable to login using IDP. IDP supports encrypted SAML Assertion, but send unecrypted Asserstion

As we do not use ArcGIS log in, we are currently locked out. Can anyone help how enable ArcGIS Login or solve this issue?

Same SAML error after upgrading from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1, after enable Built-in access turning off "Encrypt Assertion" in SAML setting solved the Problem
