ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0: “Configure server role” tool fails and ends up with “Unable to load the ArcGIS Server backing stores and/or the ArcGIS Server license information” error,
I couldn’t figure out why the “Configure server role” tool fails and ends up with “Unable to load the ArcGIS Server backing stores and/or the ArcGIS Server license information” error,
What might be the issue here?
I'm having this same issue with 10.9.1. Did you find a solution for this?
I am also facing the same issue. Is this resolved?
I had to completely uninstall and reinstall Server and Portal. It might have worked with only reinstalling Server, but the ESRI person I talked to said it would be best to just start clean with both. This was a new system that I was building out and trying things with, so it wasn't a big deal to just start over, but I'm not sure what you can do for a system that's in production.
