We would like to move forward with our drone technology but because we were burned trying to post-process drone images collected with a DJI Phantom IV and found that the camera was not compatible with ArcGIS Pro we are being quite cautious now.

How does one determine in advance if the camera in a particular drone model is compatible with ArcGIS Pro, and consequently readable in Drone2Map?  A drone that caught our attention is the Skydio 2 that comes with a Sony IMX577 1/2.3” 12.3MP CMOS camera.  How do I know in advance if this camera will work with ESRI?  ESRI won't tell us, probably for a variety of reasons.

Thanks

I use a Phantom 4 pro and have not had any issues. I'm not sure what type of post processing you are doing. Only thing I really do is link them to GCPs.
