I've started to use CityEngine, but when I open the software my whole scene is black. Even I tried the upper solution to change the workspace location, but it didn't work. My whole operating system is powerful, and I use other Esri apps such as ArcGIS Pro and Earth. I also updated all the necessary .NET frameworks on my machine. but I am not sure what might be the problem.

Yes, the final thing that I looked into was my Nvidia Control Panel, and it seemed that the software was assigned to my integrated GPU. I changed that to my dedicated Nvidia one, and the problem smoothly solved. Great thanks

If you encounter a black viewport, open the driver settings and ensure the global graphics settings for Anti-Aliasing are set to "Override application settings".
