I want to generate buildings in ta medieval style like this http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/max-medieval-town-building-games/580860.  What I do need to do as well is use a rule to add some assets onto buildings, but no have rotations reset.

so if an asset has been rotated 90 degrees to fit on a side wall, when it is exported and imported into Unity or 3DSMax, when selected it will display as being rotated 90 degrees rather than set to 0,0,0.

Also, if I use a gable roof, is there any way I can cut the roof in half horizontaly?

And how would I use the inbuilt cube to add the corner posts?

Hi,

Have you had a look at the medieval town example ?

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/communities/city-engine/01w90000000r000000.htm#s=0&n=30&d=1&md=cte-ce...

1]
for the rotation question: can you post screenshots ?
2]
I'd say yes, but it depends how you need this. screenshot welcome.
3]
for the use of the "builtin:cube", you best check the split() operation and some example code.

Did you work through the FAR thread ?
