We updated to 11.1 and still dont have this option available. Understand why they don't allow for this. But makes for a good option.

Seems like it. This is the link. Its fine the first visit, but after that it jumps. This one isn't as egregious cause it right below the banner. We have one in prod that is down the page. https://edc.nyc/fresh-supermarkets-zoning-boundaries Agree that it seems like a bug. Curious if we can add any properties in the html or configure cookie settings to mitigate. Any suggestion in welcome.

We have webpage that has an embedded Web Appbuilder application that is hosted on AGO. The webpage acts as expected if a user visits the page for the first time and interacts with the map. But on the following visits to the website, there is an jump upon load to the location of the embedded Web Appbuilder. We noticed a few years ago that this happened but went away when we clicked off 'app state' option in editor mode. But the issue has resurfaced without us touching the 'app state' option. Imagine this is a bug. Is there anything we can pass in the website code to remedy the situation?

Thanks again for your input. We only really may have a dozen users with content. Most are just viewer. So seems like going through API interface might be easier. As long as we backup.

Has anybody have any recent issues with embed widget? Last week its behavior got erratic. For some users it worked on Chrome but not Edge. Others the opposite. Some neither browsers. We have looked at machine updates and there is no discernable pattern. We have a few apps that uses it to show Web Appbuilder application. But even google's home page wont show. our org has a ticket open with tech support. We have looked at the web adaptor and looked at the source code (embed's widget.js). Looked at browser settings, etc. Nothing...

Glad to hear! We have had same issue with enabling anonymous auth. It fixes all these issues but creates others.... As far as your join views, layer looks fine? Curious if you have done updates to one of the hosted layers/tables, did it update without enable anonymous auth.

Does anyone have any updates? I tried this well and getting same error. I moved ownership of the hosted services to the built-in user and still same issue. Our organization uses IWA as well for its authentication system.

Thanks for your help. This is great. I imagine the python script is using the python api and taking the ID of the old user and swapping it with the new one? between all the contents and group, doing it manually would be cumbersome.

I don't have a particular one I am targeting, but seems like SAML best fits my criteria but not positive. Azure AD seems promising but does require our IT to set it up and maintain it. My criteria: 1. Maintain SSO 2. Be able to add users through AD 3. Not lose connection between existing users and their contents. But I guess a python script can help remap. 4. Not have same bugs/issues as IWA. I find when I call ESRI support, they generally identify IWA being the cause for the issue. e.g I am working on IWA related issues with Survey 123 and rendering enterprise hosted data in python notebooks. Overall IWA works fine for auth. I just like to see if there are other auth options that provide the same benefits without the issues. I am not finding any pro/cons articles.

We have Enterprise 10.9 (Server, Portal, Data Store) on a single machine with IWA authentication. Although the SSO authentication works great, I have come across some bugs with general enterprise usage that are specific to IWA (according to ESRI tech support). How big of an effort is to change our authentication method? We still want the same SSO experience using our org's AD. Would changing impact the user who created an existing content on our portal? e.g if john doe with IWA lose access to their content if we were to change?
