Hi @JerrySneary , Have you done the same query on your REST endpoint? This will tell you if you have an issue in your pulldata or if this is the actual count provided by your service. Best regards, Olivier

Great idea, it works, thanks. I just changed my call like this: pulldata("@layer", "getValue", "attributes.totalcount", concat(${url_query}, '?outStatistics=[{"statisticType": "count","onStatisticField": "objectId","outStatisticFieldName": "totalcount"}]'), concat("task_id ='",${task_id},"' and task_id <>'",string(random()),"'"))

Hi, I count the number of records related to a specific task this way: pulldata("@layer", "getValue", "attributes.totalcount", concat(${url_query}, '?outStatistics=[{"statisticType": "count","onStatisticField": "objectId","outStatisticFieldName": "totalcount"}]'), concat("task_id ='",${task_id},"'")) where ${url_query} is the feature layer url and ${task_id} the filter value for the task_id attribute. It works fine but it seems that Survey123 is caching the result of the request which means that when I create another record related to the same task, the count is not updated. I was able to confirm that by looking at the requests done by Survey123 with a tool like Fiddler. This is really annoying for our workflow as it means that Survey123 has to be stopped and restarted for the request to be sent and the count updated. Could this behaviour be changed? Thanks, Olivier

We have been using javascript to present repeat data in nice html tables in Survey123 like this: function table() { return `<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width=100% align="center"> <thead> <tr bgcolor="#3f87a6" > <th width=10%><font color="#fff">RepNo</font></th> <th><font color="#fff">Point Type</font></th> <th><font color="#fff">Point ID</font></th> <th><font color="#fff">Latitude</font></th> <th><font color="#fff">Longitude</font></th> </tr> </thead>` } For the following result: Now weirdly when the label column is changed from label to lable::English (en) the table does not show anymore:

@DeanHowell1, I don't think it is that simple or I am missing something. The C:\Windows\fonts contains a lot of fonts but only 1 of the 2 showing in the Label features area. The 2 fonts available can be found in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\fonts in pbf format. I have added a new one in there, restarted the Portal and cleared my browser cache without success. I could not find any configuration files with font information so I am starting to wonder if it is not hard coded.

I am running ArcGIS Enterpriuse 10.9 and I was wondering if it possible to add new fonts to label features. On my system, there are only 2 fonts available (Arial and Arial Unicode MS). Thanks

The xlsform attached returns the following error in Connect (3.12 and 3.13): The issue is with this calculation: decimal-date-time(${test_string}) When replace with the calculation below, the xlsform is processed and works properly: if(string-length(${test_dob}) > 0 ,decimal-date-time(${test_string}),0) Cheers, Olivier

Thanks @JamesTedrick that was it. There was a timeout configured in the firewall of our hosting environment. Cheers

Hi @Anonymous User , The issue is on ArcGIS Enterprise (10.7.1). The structure of the form is simple, just one repeat but there are a lot of fields (300 in the main part, 200 in the repeat). By tweaking the "Maximum Number of Records Returned by Server"of the feature service, I can bring down the server response time below 30s and I get the records in the Inbox (which is why I think the timeout is set up in Survey123 itself). Unfortunately, this is not compatible with our workflow. Cheers, Olivier

When refreshing my inbox, I get a timeout like this: When checking the query failing, it is a /FeatureServer/0/queryRelatedRecord. But the query is processed correctly on the server: <Msg time='2021-09-06T09:40:27,869' type='FINE' code='100004' target='' methodName='layers/0/queryRelatedRecords' machine='172.31.26.181' process='53320' thread='63568' user='' elapsed='35.13975' requestId='297b656b-a055-4c06-a890-8ed23780a995'>REST request successfully processed. Response size is 4037563 characters.</Msg> The timeout occurs at exactly 30s on Survey123. As you can see above the request took 35s to be processed on the server. When I reduce the size of the query and it is processed under 30s on my server, the Inbox refreshes properly. So there is a 30s timeout somewhere. Is this something hard coded in Survey123?
