It took us some time to investigate the issue and configure the environment, and this is the earliest deployment time we can arrange. We will add automated tests for DOCX-to-PDF generation to help prevent similar issues from happening again. Currently, the workaround is to generate the report in DOCX format instead of PDF. After the dependency library was upgraded, its behavior changed, which caused this regression. We have identified the root cause, fixed the issue, and verified the fix in our dev environment. Hi @GabrielaReyes , Sorry for the confusion, I understand the issue now. It is caused by the new calculation mode feature. Please update the calculation mode to "always" for the question that has an input mask set. If you are using Connect, put "calculationMode=always" in "bind::esri:parameters". If you are using the web designer, please follow the screenshot below. The calculation mode controls when calculations are performed in questions and is set to "automatic" by default. When the source question changes, this mode can prevent recalculation in the target question, which means your hidden question cannot receive the updated value. Thanks, Ruth

Hi @MarcelBeckmann , I think this is the issue . Your survey is published using the online endpoint (version 3.25), so the survey is on version 3.25. However, your installed website is on version 3.22, which cannot properly render the form with version 3.25. I think there are 2 possible solutions: 1. Update the Connect endpoint to your installed Survey123 REST API endpoint and republish the survey (perferred). 2. Republish the survey using Connect 3.22. Hi @MarcelBeckmann , Have you set your Connect to use the installed Survey123 REST API? If you are using the online endpoint instead of the installed endpoint, the survey will be published with version 3.25, while the installed site is only on 3.24. The older website/web app may not support the newer survey.
