Hola, Anibal Puede verificar si dentro de las variables de entorno del S.O. hay alguna referencia que pueda estar usando el entorno de python de ArcGIS Server y que haya sido parte del entorno de ArcGIS Pro. Dentro de las variables a revisar (path, o alguna que se haya agregado y que se reconozca como parte de la instalación previa de ArcGIS Pro.) Change WebMap Configuration by ArcGIS Assistant: With this option you can review and change Json Configuration from WebMap without remove or add new layers to WebMap. Before change Json you must be backup Jsons. 2. Change WebMap Using Python. In ArcGIS Pro Notebook, run a script to do the work. Probably the first is best option for you.

Hi Yes it was that i did. The process that i did was the following: 1. I converted from KML to KMZ (using Google Earth Pro) 2. Using Data Interoperability Extension, i converted the KMZ to KML 3. Comparing the two files (the oldone with the newone), i noted that i needed to add 0.0 in the coordinates. i suposed that the inconvinient was in the conversion that you used to generate the KML file.
