Esri is excited to introduce ArcGIS for ServiceNow, a new integration that connects the ArcGIS and ServiceNow platforms to bring location intelligence directly into business workflows. It includes two components: 1. The Connector for ServiceNow is built for ArcGIS users who want to bring ServiceNow business data into their GIS workflows. 2. ArcGIS Maps for ServiceNow is designed for ServiceNow users. Organizations will soon be able to access this application in the ServiceNow store, enabling users to visualize business data on interactive web maps and web scenes from the organization’s enterprise GIS. On June 9th, the sixth ArcGIS Monitor User Group meeting was held. In this session, technical experts from Esri partners shared their experiences using ArcGIS Monitor. Cloudpoint Geospatial provided strategies and tips for proactive management of an enterprise GIS, while dymaptic discussed leveraging AI to extend ArcGIS Monitor. Hi @RachaelWebster13, I'm sorry to hear about the cyber attack that happened to your enterprise GIS. Yes, we are aware of the security recommendation change(s) in the ArcGIS Enterprise Hardening Guide and we're actively working with the ArcGIS Enterprise Dev team to look at alternate options.

Hi @Chris_Schofield, Have you tried to restart the ArcGIS Monitor Server service? Is this happening for all alerts on all components or just some components on a particular host machine? If the latter, have you tried to restart the ArcGIS Monitor Agent service? Hope this helps,
