ArcGIS Monitor provides observability by collecting metrics on the health, performance, and usage of your enterprise GIS. It is designed to help system administrators and GIS managers ensure their ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and underlying infrastructure are working efficiently. Monitor helps reduce and prevent system downtime, resulting in operational cost savings.

This release continues to expand information collected for web apps and web maps in enterprise portals. A new observer that collects session information was added to both the enterprise portal and ArcGIS Server component types. They scan enterprise portal and ArcGIS Server web server logs for usage information on web apps and web maps.

Derek - Can I do the same with ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1?  Or do I need to upgrade to 2026.x?  I wish to track metrics certain Experience Builders in our ArcGIS Enterprise Portal on how many times it is access from the public, regardless of browser (and I do know that privacy browsers like Brave or DuckDuckGo or even private/incognito windows will not be tracked.)  The Activity Dashboard (Usage) in AGE is only somewhat helpful but I know the View Count is not that accurate.  Any help or advise would be great! Thanks! @Teresa-AZ

Hi @Teresa-AZ,

Can I do the same with ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1?  Or do I need to upgrade to 2026.x?

This functionality was just added in ArcGIS Monitor 2026.0, so you will need to upgrade your Monitor instance.

Hope this helps,
