What about replacing multiple sections of text in one single attribute? Ex. I want to replace the word "originals" with "" and I want to replace any " " with "%20". I want to replace the word "originals" with no text and want to replace any spaces with %20 in order to create a valid url when creating a custom expression hyperlink to one of our virtual directory utilizing a source field with just a folder and file name. Example.... ..\originals\Archive\SwrWtr 02of06 87-10.tif Want the data to look like this \Archive\SwrWtr%2002of06%2087-10.tif I've been able to successfully use the Replace function but not against multiple items within the same field. Any suggestions? Each of these work below separately.... but I want to run multiple Replace functions against the same field $feature.SOURCE. var a = Replace($feature.SOURCE, "originals", ""); return a; or var a = Replace($feature.SOURCE, " ", "%20"); return a;

You must go into your web map & click on the layer you want to summarize length on... then go to configure pop up... and then go to Configure Attributes... You will then see the Shape Length field visible to check on. Save your web map. Go back to your operations dashboard using that web map and make sure that layer is checked as a data sources within your map widget. Then you will now see the Shape_Length field available to Sum on. We have not been able to successfully sum on Shape Length field here though as the widget give us an error message & no data is populated within the widget to reflect sum length of layer being used. Very frustrating. We want to be able to sum length of pipe with our utilities data on specific layers that are drawn dynamically within our map services. This would be such a huge benefit. I'm surprised their is not more posted about this topic. Please let me know if you successfully get the Summary Widget to return results from your Operations Dashboard. -Alex

I do not have administrative privileges to invite you to join a group... We have a web map using services on our server... the web map is shared with the organization.... Do the services have to be added to AGOL contetnt within the web map & have their own share settings within the organization?

Can anyone at ESRI tell me why this is? I built the application straight from ArcOnline... Everything is hosted so I was unable to change anything directly to the config file or html index, I'm confused why it does not work on Chrome. Please let me know, if you have a solution to this. Thanks!

Hosted meaning that the feature service was published straight to AGOL & not onto our server. Operational Layer with the Parks Data http://services1.arcgis.com/RTiKiFNGzgAobBzy/arcgis/rest/services/ParksFinder_AGOL/FeatureServer/0 Comments Table http://services1.arcgis.com/RTiKiFNGzgAobBzy/arcgis/rest/services/ParksFinder_AGOL/FeatureServer/1 This service is shared with everyone. The Parks Finder 10.2 does not require a webmap to be created prior to publishing. The config file brings everything together using all services published (feature services & the basemap service). Basemap http://gis.wpb.org/arcgis/rest/services/BaseMap/GeneralPurpose10_2/MapServer Putting this application was very straight forward, but following all the documentation has given me an application that looks good upon opening but does not behave correctly. -Bottom pop up window does not open when using IE11, but does so on Chrome & FireFox -When attachments are enabled for the feature service (Parks), the pop up windows on searches or map tip continuously loads without stopping. Behavior stops when attachments disabled. -Directions does not appear or routing even thought it is enabled in the config file (NOTE: This may be an issue with me registering the application file & editing the proxy) Any help would be greatly appreciated

Judging from your previous posts I am contacting you regarding any possible advice you may have with getting the Parks Finder 10.2 application fully up and running. Currently I have all the services published (feature access) hosted on AGOL content. We are not hosting this feature server on our server. I have the service url's all in the correct locations within the config file & have checked all the parameters for possible typos. When I click on a feature (using Chrome, IE11 or Modzilla) i get prompted with this message. "required configuration key values are either null or not exactly matching with layer attributes this message may appear multiple times" I am them able to view attribute data (except for the Activity). all the data is populated for the parks feature class & the services were all created resourced right from the sample .mxd provided. Just wondering if you had any tips or tricks you know about or best practices that helped you succeed with getting this application working 100% how its advertised by ESRI. Thanks!
