Yeah i read that befire posting, it doesn't do the same thing. I have thought of aso many ways that NEARLY work. For example In ExpB I have a search box that triggers a near me to find the area the address is in, I could then do with a way if using the ID of that area to find the same ID of the point and displaying the result of that point

I have a situation where I need to return a point (polling station) when some enters and address or clicks in the polygon that is associated with it (the point is not necessarilly in that polygon, nor is it always the nearest to the location/address. Essentially to replicate this: https://maps.doncaster.gov.uk/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=b5fdd3e10b114501a9427ca6ae07873f

I am trying to replciate the functionality of this site I created some time ago in WAB, using districts and polling stations that are created as related tables: https://maps.doncaster.gov.uk/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=b5fdd3e10b114501a9427ca6ae07873f Essentially someone clicks or enters and address and it tells them their polling station. This polling station isnt necessarilly the closest to their address, not is it necessarilly in their polling district. I wanted to use Experience Builder as this is supposed to be a replacement for WAB (that's an argument for another day) but District Look up isn't included. The Near Me widget would only seem to return the nearest so does not do the same job. I have aeen people say to use Zone Look Up in Instant Apps, which I have tried and got the below, but again the functionality isn't the same. It always wants to zoom on the centre of the area I have selected, rather than the polling station which is the result of interest (the area is of no real use to the end user). Also it returns the table of the area in the results, which again creates a confusing experience for the user: https://maps.doncaster.gov.uk/portal/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=d7a0a0bc13b34ea9a083d2757135a899 Can anyone suggest a way of faithfully replicating District Look Up in Exp Builder (prefereably) or Instant App?

When new itterations of Experience Builder Applications, Dashboards etc are created a new Item is created and therefore a new URL. This then means resending the new URL to all known users of an application, changing links on web pages and so forth. Usersw often retain old links which will then lead to a non existent URL or and old application. It would be useful for there to be a kind of Url Landing Page directory with a static URL which autoforwards or refers to an application or other item. This static URL should then have the ability to change the item it is directing towards, therefore keeping the URL users use the same but using the new application. Currently this can be done in IIS on a web server if users have access to one, but adds another vulnerability point, access requirement etc For example users always access http://mysite.domain.com/portal/nicemap.html but the item this refers them to is changable. This would also more closesly follow a dev/test/prod upgrade release cycle

Recently an old colleague left and transferred ownership of all his items to me. I tried to access a workforce project but it says "You have not been added to this project as a Dispatcher. Please contact the project owner." But according to the project item card I am the owner. How can I access this?

I'll describe my scenario. 21 area managers want a dashboard showing data relevant to their area only. This data is a subset of a larger data set (ie I have incidents recording for a whole town, each manager just wants their areas data). We do not want them to be able to see each others data. I can do this by creating 21 separate dashboards each pre filtered to their data only, but this would be frustrating when any functionality changes are required as I'd have to repeat the task 21 times. Is there a way for them to essentially access the same dashboard, but the data is filtered according to their user?

Is there a way to change the font style from the default on a dashboard in Portal? Ideally for a whole dashboard to match branding of the wider website.

HI have worked with relationship classes before but almost entirely in a 1:1 system. I am currently trying to work out how to build a relationship class where the records aren't quite as convenient; I'll describe the real life situation. I have a point layer of schools, and a polygon layer of catchments for each school. There are situations where one catchment could relates to 2 or more schools (depending on the capacity each year), so then in turn those schools are related to at least two catchments (ie its own catchment and the shared catchment). Normally I'd just assign a field with an ID which matches in both tables, however there will be multiple matches in both tables. How do I manage this in the M:N set up? I am using ArcGIS Pro but also have access to ArcMap and Portal Thanks

Very interesting topic, we have had the same problem but unfortunately moving from 3.13 to anything above that seems to cause other issues in our job (the point click was grabbing data from the WMS and using that to populate fields in a form, when I change the javascript version number in my html the clicking works again but the fields in the form say 'undefined') If I;ve read right google are going to roll the change back???? Do we know how long that takes?

Is it possible to is the Plan Routes analysis tool in Portal, as it is available in ArcGIS Online. I have configured Portal using the URL https://maps.doncaster.gov.uk/portal/sharing/servers/**my folder**/rest/services/World/Route/NAServer/Route_World to enable to use my AGOL credentials. This has enabled the basic Directions button at the top of the map window. However it did not making the Plan Routes tool available. I think I have to select Routing Utilities from the 'Directions and Routing' section of the utility service, but it does not accept the same URL. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi I have read https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/07/06/understanding-reverse-geocoding-in-survey123-30 From this I have derived the expression: pulldata("@geopoint",${location},"reversegeocode.address.Address","URL OF MY LOCATOR SERVICE") Which I have placed in the calculation field of a multiline text element just after a geopoint element called location. I can reverse geocode the rest end point to get a result in json, the start of which looks like this: { "address":{ "Address":"62 BROUGHTON ROAD, DONCASTER, DN4 7HN", "LOCATOR_ENVELOPE":"461061,400659,461061,400659", "LOCATOR_POINT":"461061,400659", "LOCATOR_DESCRIPTION":"62 BROUGHTON ROAD, DONCASTER, DN4 7HN",
...
So I don't understand why I am getting nothing at all.
What am I doing wrong in order to get the Address populating into my text field?
UPDATE: I have managed to get an address populating the field but only when I have search for an address and select that address from the locator search. If I put a point on the map my field remains blank. Is there a default search radius that can be increased that is causing the issue?
