I was having the issue where the 'Layers in' layer list would not dynamically populate and the connector (ArcGIS Enterprise, Create a record in a feature layer) would raise the 'Could not retrieve values' error + the stack trace. Instead of selecting 'My Contents/My Groups/My Organization' for the 'Layers in' parameter, I favorited the target layer in Portal->My Content and chose 'My Favorites' for the 'Layers in' parameter, which solved the issue of connecting to a multi-layer feature service for me. Initially, the 'Create record in a feature layer' action only allowed me to enter the Item ID of the target layer since the dynamic layer-picker would not load (and raised the 'Could not retrieve...' error). Entering the Item ID as a custom value in the Feature Layer parameter would show me the correct feature layer's attribute fields (in a two-layer feature service), but the flow failed and raised the error that the Layer ID was not passed to the request. Once I set the 'Layers in' parameter to Favorites, the connector distinguished between Layer 0 and Layer 1 in the request, which solved my issue.

I am experiencing the same issue. Hosted feature service point layer with 1:M relationship class with a table layer in the same hosted service. The table in the ArcGIS Online item's Data tab indicates that there are records (which would be my tests) but the table is blank shown below.

@IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick Is it possible to calculate an image field using images stored in the survey's Media folder, through URL parameters or other method? I'm capturing signed in users with a Username field and implementing logic to expose permit review questions to credentialed users to edit existing survey data (permit applications). Ultimately I would like to populate an image question with a saved signature image based on who is signed in so I can auto-apply it to the survey's Feature Report template to replace a wet signature and automate permit generation/issuance. We cannot use the Signature type input question due to device constraints, but if I can ensure credentialed access to the question that instantiates the signature calculation, I think that would work. I tried using pulldata() to reference a test image in the media folder, but I couldn't get that to work. My next thought was the media::image column on the choices sheet, but I haven't gotten that far. Cheers, DA

Does this apply to Survey123 Connect as well? I am running 3.7.62 and I am not able to see the basemap icon in the form preview- I can see only the target icon for capturing the current location. If I navigate to Settings->Map tab, there is only a blank map grid, and the Basemap selector dialogue is not populated with any of the standard basemaps.

Xander Bakker I would like to create a popup that shows field names in the attribute table if the field value for the feature equals 1. Specifically, my Bus Stops table has a field for each bus route (A, B, C, D, etc. 22 in all) if the stop is served by a route, the field value is 1, if not, the field value is 0. I want the popup to show only the routes that serve the selected stop. I know I need to iterate the route fields (but not all fields in the table) to evaluate whether the route field value is 1, and then add those field names (the route name) to a list and then return the list. I could do this in Python, but I am not as familiar with Arcade. I tried checking some of the other posts on lists https://community.esri.com/people/mmckeanesriaustralia-com-au-esridist/blog/2019/10/07/creating-aggregated-lists-from-overlapping-point-and-polygon-features-a-brief-guide-to-creating-lists-in-arcade but I couldn't glean what I needed since my Arcade is very basic. Christine, I installed the most recent version of the ArcHydro Tools (I am running Pro 2.3.2) I found the .pth file here: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3\Lib\site-packages and verified the path is correct per your post, then copied the .pth file to both of the directory locations mentioned above. This eliminated the apwrutils error, but on running the Create Drainage Line Structures tool, it appears that the Stream Link and Flow Direction rasters will not write to the 'Layers' project folder and produce the following error: ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to Report a Bug, and refer to the error help for potential solutions or workarounds. Failed to create raster dataset Failed to execute (PointToRaster). Thanks for any attention to this. Dave

Andrew, Did you ever find a viable solution for this workflow? I am about to start a similar initiative, so I am interested in what you've been able to develop. My intent was similar in that I will need to delineate storm sewersheds, but I also need to provide spill response support to EMS/utilities so am thinking the storm drain system will need to be a geometric network in order to do a network trace, next downstream inlet, etc., and then serve it as a geoprocessing service. Any insights from your experience would be helpful. Cheers.

I've recently used WebAppBuilder to create a web app that allows our municipal planning department to crate related records for development projects to track key issues that may affect the development review process or permit status. The planners are using the app in a meeting setting to discuss the key issues and identify solutions to keep the development review/approval process moving. It would be great if ESRI allocated resources to develop an app template that is specifically designed for providing interactive geospatial information data product on a single large monitor in a collaborative setting for non-GIS professionals.

Using 10.4.1, I have used a FeatureSet variable in ModelBuilder ("Selection Polygon" in the attached model diagram) to allow for UI feature selection of parcel polygons. I'd like to add to the map frame the features selected by the FeatureSet ("Buffered_Parcels" in the model diagram). I've made the output of the FeatureSet a model parameter and "Add Results..." is checked in the Geoprocessing options, but instead of the subset of features selected by the UI FeatureSet the map draws the entire feature layer (parcels) using the symbology specified in the Layer Symbology properties of the FeatureSet ouput. I've tried Make Feature Layer on the FeatureSet output, but that does not work either. I am buffering the selected parcels and my buffers are accurate, so my FeatureSet is selecting the right features, I just can't add the subset features selected by the FeatureSet to the map frame. We are setting up Crowdsource Reporter for a mobility and connectivity study and would like to customize the basemap (the viewer basemap, not the report submission map) to show features from our current bicycle and greenway master plans.
