Hi @LoriHatfield1 Thanks for reaching out with your question. When adding a custom variable to infographic and report templates, the GUID for the custom id is assigned when you add the variable to a template. If you would like the id to remain the same between different templates and are using the same panel/element, you can use the option to Add panels from another template, then the id will carry over to the new template. If you are not using the same panel/element between templates and need to add the variable in a different design format, then it would receive a new id. You could work around this by manually editing the ids in the metadata of the template. Please let me know if you would like to learn more about this manual editing method. However, please keep in mind editing the files directly would be a workflow you could perform at your own risk. Hope this helps!

Hi @JayLaing Can you please provide a screen shot of the issue you are running into? It sounds like the Level of detail setting within the Geography card needs to be changed from your description... But it would be great to confirm and make sure you are not running into any unexpected behavior. Thanks!

Hi @JayLaing 1. You can learn about geographies within a certain area by using one of our workflows that has the Results pane - Color-coded maps, Smart map search, Benchmark comparisons or Suitability analysis. For example, with Color-coded maps, you can input your drive time Site as the Area of interest and then select Zip Codes as the Level of detail. If you go to the Table tab of the Results pane, you can export the list of geographies. 2. Within the Data browser, there are options for variables that can show property value. For example, Average Home Value. After creating a map, you can explore the new Effects tool to style the map how you would like. The Effects tool can be found on the right side of the app in the palette. I hope these details help you continue with your work and to explore the options available. Be sure to check out the resources we have in the Help menu too! Thank you for reaching out.

@JasonBOCQUET Thank you for confirming! The configuration of interactive panels can vary between different types of elements for building an infographic template. With Nearby summaries, there is a default setup that shows the associated table and the configuration of this table is limited. The options do not currenlty include the ability to change the size of the panel that pops up. Better configuration options when working with Nearby summaries is something we can look into for future work to provide more consistency across the different types of elements.

@JasonBOCQUET I do not think this would work because this newer feature required making changes on the software and template sides.

@JasonBOCQUET Thank you for the additional details. I can see how being able to define your own units would be helpful, especially when working with custom variables. This may be good enhancement to the infographics builder in the future.
For now, I was able to use Conditional styling to achieve the same goal. Here are the steps you can try:
1. When editing your variable, use the option for Text styling
2. Add a condition that will include all results for the variable
3. Use the option for Add Advanced text
4. Add the value for the variable
5. Add your unit to the text and Save
6. When you run the template you will see the variable value with the text you added

Hi @JasonBOCQUET Thanks for the details of your question. The format options you see in the builder are based on the particular variable that you are configuring. Only options that are compatible with that variable will be seen.
Which type of units are you interested in adding to your variable value?

@CarmellaBurdi1 Hi, thank you for reaching out through Community with the details of your issue. I understand it can be frustrating to run into this error after you have put a large amount of work into creating your templates! Since it has been a few years since the blog was provided from our team, I would like to reassess the issue from the perspective of your templates. I have a few questions for you to help us proceed: Are you able to download the template from the Build infographics interface to create a .brpt file? Do you see this issue with many templates or a particular template? How often does this happen? Do you work with custom data in your templates? If so, how do you go about setting up your data to add it to the infographic template?

@RichardTuinstra1 @JimWooten This issue had been resolved in Produciton. You should now have BA Assistant available in your Standard license account (as long as your Administrator has allowed it to show). Please be sure to check it out and let us know your feedback by using the thumbs up/down icons seen directly in the Assistant!

Hi @maya_fromstein Thank you for reaching out with your question! If you would like to work with the features from your Void analysis, you can share the results as s Web map to ArcGIS Online. This will create a feature layer of your results to use as needed. With your Void analysis results displayed on the map, just go to the Share results menu and select ArcGIS web map option. Be sure to enable the option for Export map layers in a new hosted feature service for the most flexibility with the layer. Once your map is published, you can access the results in ArcGIS Online. Just click the link in the prompt when the publishing completes.
