@AGoldstein We really appreciate you reporting this issue to us. We have resolved the error in Production and you should now be able to create multi-ring drive times up to 300 minutes without running into the timeout issue. Please confirm you are able to create your drive times successfully now. Thank you!

@AGoldstein Our inital investigation seems to point towards a timeout issue which we are investigating. The error occurs after trying to complete for 2 minutes. The issue has been inconsistently reproducible for us, even when using the same address. If you are able to share addresses where the issue has been consistently reproducible, it will help with our investigation. We appreciate your patience with this issue!

Hi @JoshDryer2 Thank you for reaching out wtih your question and for providing the image. We have tried to reproduce the issue but have not yet been able to. I have tried creating a smaller tapestry panel where the titles are forced into 2 lines. However, when I export out to PDF or Image, the Rustbelt Traditions text does not jumble like your is shown. To help us look into this further, can you please provide the brpt file of your custom infographic? You can get this file type from the Infographics builder using the option to 'Download this template as a file'. Also, which web browser are you working with?

@RobinDiSalvo1 Thank you for confirming the license type you have applied currently. The Build reports interface is only available with the Advanced license type. Here is a resource that explains the difference in Standard vs. Advanced licenses: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/business-analyst/web/about.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_58EDBF19BBC043248F5EC768010511DD I suggest reaching out to the Administrator of your organization to help learn more about when your license may have changed from Advanced to Standard.

Hi @RobinDiSalvo1 Thank you for reaching out with your question. If you are missing the Build reports option, this is usually due to a licensing change. Can you please confirm the type of license you have assigned by going to the Profile drop down in the upper right corner of BA Web App? Just click on your name and check what is listed under your username in the drop down. Do you see Advanced or Standard listed?

@RonKrefman Thank you for reaching out with your question and for working with Support to report this issue. The behavior you are seeing is related to an issue with the Infographics builder where the traffic layer is currently not available to configure. The fix for this issue is scheduled to be available with the June 2023 release, coming up in about a month. We appreciate your patience on this issue and apologize for the inconvenience! Until the fix becomes available to you, please consider using the following option as a workaround: When building the infographic and adding an element, select “Nearby” -> “Browse for a layer on ArcGIS” -> “Living Atlas” -> Search “Traffic Counts”. This layer includes many of the fields and associated data present in the missing option for the nearby traffic workflow.

Hi @JeffreyEngstrom Thanks for reaching out with your question. It looks like you are working with your own custom data to create this table, so it may be best to contact Esri Support for additional assistance. However, if you would like to share additional details on how you set up your custom data and table, I will be happy to take a quick look. @JeffGardner_Safelite Thank you for these additional details. I have tested the worklfow with a service of drive times published from Pro 3.1.0 and am able to reproduce the display issue. I'm glad to hear you have a workaround for now and we will look at fixing this issue for our next release. I appreciate your patience and thank you for reporting this issue!

Hi @ChrisVe Thank you for your patience while we have been folllowing up on your question for confirmation with our data provider. The percentage of households you are seeing that is not included in the group of 3 variables for spending at food stores can be considered unclassified, based on the structure of the survey question which is used to collect this data. The remaining percentage could align with the following situations for this particular question: Respondent did not fill out the survey question, so we are unsure how much their household spent at food stores. Respondent’s household spent zero dollars at food stores, for various reasons. For additional details on the methodology of this data set, you can refer to the Esri Market Potential resource. I hope this helps to clarify your question and thank you for using Business Analyst.
