Hi Sarah, I'm struggling to make my ArcGIS Server-hosted Feature Service show its images in the Attachment Viewer App. The images look fine in the web map but refuse to show up in the app. I've added the Feature Service URL in four different configurations, but none are working. I also published a sample as a Hosted Feature Service and it works just fine (HHM Test BK). Any advice? It happens when you are panning in the map and it goes off the map onto the rest of the page and they you come back. It seems to be an issue in IE8, IE10 and IE11. I also could not reproduce this in Firefox. One check done

Embedded map will get stuck to cursor and you cannot get it to release unless you close the map. Anyone know a fix for this? http://www.mdt.mt.gov/publications/datastats/traffic_maps.shtml

Not sure what is happening here. I have successfully used this kml in the past (4 months ago) and it worked fine. I am able to open this kml in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop and Google maps but not in ArcGIS Online. I have an organizational account and i am the administrator. This KML is refreshed weekly at the same location with the same name. Can anyone see why this would not work? It currently only has 60 records in it as a point file. This appears to work for my test data. It does seem to place a marker and pan to the item. I am not sure if it is supposed to zoom to the item like I have seen in the test examples. Is this the expected result? Thanks, Brian

I am also having the same problem. I have tried this with points, polygons and lines using mainly Esri hosted feature services. Bump for hopeful Esri response! Thanks Brian

Thanks for the response Mike, A user accessing any map from an organizational page and not having the option to add other layers to the map is very limiting to the user. I would not see very many cases where the user would not want at least the option to add layers to the map. I would think that quite a few organizations point users directly to their organizational page for featured web maps, we certainly do. Sounds like this is just a bug and can hopefully be fixed in a future release. Thanks, Brian

My solution was to email esri at accounts@esri.com with my subscription ID and usernames and ask them to remove the lock on the accounts. I was then able to re-add them.

When viewing an existing map from an organizational page you do not get any results from a search for layers in ArcGIS.com that are not in your organization if you are not logged in. I am able to get search results in every other way. When searching for layers in ArcGIS.com that exist outside organization (i.e., esri World Transportation) No Results a. Viewing an Org Map (with org address)??? Not Logged in [INDENT]i. Don???t have the option to choose[/INDENT] Results a. Viewing an Org Map (with org address)??? I previously invited 2 users to my organization using Pre-establish logins and they did not accept before the email expired. So I went to invite them again with the same user names and it keeps adding a character to the end of it and not accepting my initial input for their Username. Does anyone know why that is happening and how or if I can fix this problem? Thanks, Brian
