I previously invited 2 users to my organization using Pre-establish logins and they did not accept before the email expired. So I went to invite them again with the same user names and it keeps adding a character to the end of it and not accepting my initial input for their Username. Does anyone know why that is happening and how or if I can fix this problem? Thanks, Brian
My solution was to email esri at accounts@esri.com with my subscription ID and usernames and ask them to remove the lock on the accounts. I was then able to re-add them.
I'm having the same problem...my example is a user that was removed from the organization and now I want to bring him back. Same deal, adds a numeral after the username I am trying to pre-establish. Any way to "reset" this user?? Thanks.
