Web AppBuilder URL Parameters - Set Layer Visibility

Please add the capability to set layer visibility to Web AppBuilder applications using URL parameters. The utility of our custom web applications could be extensively broadened if we could provide specific parameterized URLs targeting specific user groups and/or applications. We do our best to design our apps to be simple and easy to use; however, many users, particularly the public, want to see specific layers without having to search through the list and determine what to turn on or off.

Adding URL parameters to customize a single app for various presentations is a great idea.  This is a flexible way to improve functionality while streamlining app production and maintenance.
