I think the Retry Policy depends on the third-party workflow services themselves. For example, Power Automate does have the Retry Policy while Integromat currently does not offer Retry but there are workarounds: https://www.integromat.com/en/help/retry My own way for monitoring is to configure an extra step to write the status code of each run to an Excel Spreadsheet.

I think enabling the Feature Access capability will create a Feature Service having the exact same name as the Map Service. When you search for the layer name to add layers to a map, you will see two layers with identical names but different layer types, would need to select the Feature Service layer for it to work.

Hi, I think Notebook can be used to achieve this. You would need a Python script for the operation on feature service, and then schedule that task to run on a recurring basis.

I am not sure whether this workflow is officially supported but this should work in theory. And you are right that ArcGIS Online is only acting as a reverse proxy in this case, it controls which ArcGIS Online user can access and edit the shared feature service. From ArcGIS Enterprise perspective, the shared feature service is being edited by the account you use for embed credentials.

Hi, I think you are looking at the Map Viewer of ArcGIS Online, when you click on the 3-line button on the top left, it will show you a list of sections of ArcGIS Online other than the Map Viewer. We use the Content section to view and manage items such as maps and layers. But back to your screenshot, I think clicking on that "More details" button will take you to the item page of that layer.

Hi, that page is referring to the layer configuration in ArcGIS Online. When you click on a layer in the Content page to see the details of that layer, we call that "Open a layer's item page". In the layer's item page you will see this section (the tabs may vary) on the top right. I guess you were following the steps described here (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/web-tile-layer.htm) to publish the layer, and if you weren't configured anything described here (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/configure-web-tile-layer.htm), ArcGIS Pro would use the default configuration and the tiles were automatically generated using those default parameters. The steps in this page (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-hosted-tile-layers.htm) are describing how to reconfigure these settings and manually generate the additional tiles from ArcGIS Online.

Imagery can be published in many different formats (Dynamic imagery layers, Tiled imagery layers, Map image layers, Tile cache layer) depending on the servers and extensions you have access to. The steps to configure them are also very different. I assume it was published as a Tile Layer since that's the default type. My suggestion is to configure the visible range of that layer item itself and generate the missing tiles (if you haven't done this already). You can refer to the "Manage hosted raster tile layer settings" section of this page for the steps: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-hosted-tile-layers.htm

Hi Brad, I suggest having a look at the type of the layers used in the map for the dashboard. It could be that the map is using Map Services instead of Feature Services. When publishing a map layer to Portal using the referenced method, the layer will normally be published as a Map Service. Enabling the Feature Access capability of this Map Service (in the Server Manager) will create a Feature Service which can then be used for Web Apps and Dashboards.

I suggest checking the visible range of that aerial imagery layer in the Map Viewer, sometimes it is not configured to be visible at all zoom levels (this depends on the level of detail).

In addition to Doug's answer, you can create some text questions and use the "jr:choice-name(choice_name, 'question')" function to store the labels. This article explains the function in details: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-xlsform-functions/ba-p/893567

Hi, Assuming your workflow is: (1) In Workforce, click on an assignment point and then click on a button like "Survey at Assignment" to open a Survey123 form. (2) And in Survey123 you want to get the coordinates of that assignment point and put them into a text field. Because the integration between Workforce and Survey123 by default passes the coordinates to the opened form (regardless of whether there's a geopoint question or not), we just need to extract the coordinates from the form or the geopoint question. To confirm the integration is passing the coordinates, you can check the integration URL within the Workforce feature service. You can refer to the 'Extract geopoint values' section of this page to use the pulldata() function to extract the 'x' and 'y': https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/geopoints.htm I hope this will help.

Hi, Distributed Collaboration is not perfect for this scenario. I suggest you can create a feature service in ArcGIS Enterprise, add the feature service as an item to ArcGIS Online (with embed credentials), and reference that item in your ArcGIS Online survey form. I hope this will help.

Hi, hyperlink does work differently in the web app, and I normally use the concat() function for building hyperlink in the web form. If you don't mind using a note question to display the hyperlink, below is an example that works for both field and web apps. Given that concat() does not work in label, I put it in the calculation and use a placeholder for the label. You might also find the calculation looks wrong in the app if ${reference} is empty, hence I give ${reference} a default value.

Hi, I think you can use the custom JavaScript function to query the feature service, one limitation is that the device has to be online. Have a look at the "Working with web services" section of this blog: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/extending-survey123-smart-forms-with-custom-js-functions/ba-p/898782
