Can't Configure Email Settings I am using ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1.  I tried to Configure Email Settings using the smtp.office365.com through port 587 but failed to configure with error message Could not connect to SMTP server. I have tried with Plain Text, StratTLS and SSL encryption with Sender address but none worked. Even the port 25 also failed. Tried with and without  optional values. None worked. Hi @DerekLaw  I have registered the SQL server database in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 and looked into Preparation section of the document ArcGIS Monitor: Analysis Elements for Enterprise Geodatabases. However it is registered as Type: Database and Subtype: SQL Server, can't see any geodatabase subtype. Just wondering how can I separate them as database and geodatabase. Is there any separate workflow to register the database as Geodatabase, please. Please note the SQL Server database is in Azure SQL Server. ... View more

We have ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. I have looked into BUG-000165344 for ArcGIS Monitor Check the ArcGIS Server Admin interface and found no report with number-only names. However, there are reports titled as below: agm-IP Address Max response times for the last 7 days Timed-out requests for the last 7 days Total requests for the last 7 days Still having same error message “An error occurred running the observer” Any advice is highly appreciated. ... Hi Derek Thank you very much for your quick reply. Just to make sure, by the "hosts" did you mean windows machine, where the ArcGIS Portal (or ArcGIS Server) installed. For getting access to portal we use https://xyzxyzxy.userdomain01.domroot.internal:6443/arcgis. So, does it mean that for the host address we should use https://xyzxyzxy.userdomain01.domroot.internal or IP address as aa.bbb.cc.ddd.  I am sorry, for the simple (silly") query we should know. I am having same issue for “Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1” with “Web Server SSL Protocols: TLSv1.2”. However, it is bit different as below: I have AGOL without having any trusted ArcGIS Server associated with it. A partner organisation has shared a group (Group A in their AGOL) with my AGOL. I am adding a layer (Layer 1) form the shared group (Group A) into my AGOL storing my admin credential and shared in another group (Group B, a group in my AGOL). This group is used in a collaboration with my portal group (Group C). I can view the layer (Layer 1) in portal group (Group C) but opening this layer in portal asks for admin credentials, though credential is stored when added in my AGOL. I appreciate your advice. Hi Egge-Jan   Thank you very much. That's the solution I was looking for. I have had a look to popupTemplate but missed "*" for content. I was looking for something to loop through all fields.   However, if you don't mind I like to learn something more from you. When we add the service in AGOL map, it popups a customised version, though no popup template is defined. But in the HTML it popups all fields, I can understand it can be customised. Thanks Hannah I have set the click action to "none" and added a new command button to "CommonDialog.ShowOpen("jpg", "*.jpg","xxxx",8)". Your advice is very helpful. The "CommonDialog.ShowOpen" opens the folder as �??Details�?� and I can change the display as �??Thumbnails�?� by selecting �??Thumbnails�?� from the �??View�?� toolbar. However, I was wondering if you know how to open it as "Thumbnails". It is definitely something with the Windows not ArcPad. Thank you again for your advices. Regards Zahid ... View more
