Hi! I'm having this same problem with a few of my Make.com scenarios that use Survey123 reports. Did you ever figure out a fix? It doesn't happen every time but it is very frustrating.

Hi, very interested in this as well. Looks like it has been 5 years since this was originally posted, do we have any update on the enhancement requests?

I'm having this same problem. I tried moving the relevant fields to the esri visible field but I still only see data from subsequent repeats, NOT the first. I'm going crazy!

Hi! Two years later and I am having this same issue. Did you ever figure out a fix? Thanks! I have bind::esri:parameters set to allowUpdates = true, but I'm still seeing empty data in the inbox for the repeat tables. Main data table info is there. @IsmaelChivite

Yep, submission URL is set. Logging just repeats the same error that the user is not authorized. When I do the exact same steps with my personal account (same role in the Portal), it works and publishes fine. It has to be something at the database level? The only difference in permissions at any point in the workflow is that my user owns the database feature class. But, the service account owns the feature service published off of the feature class. I'm so confused!

Hi Doug. That's actually the reason we want to use a service account to publish the form; so that we can all login as the owner and work on it. BUT - the problem here is that I can't even publish the form to begin with. I get the unauthorized error when I try to publish a NEW survey with our service account login, collecting data into an existing feature service.

I'm having trouble publishing a survey from Survey123 Connect using an existing feature service. When trying to use a service account to create and publish the survey to the feature service, I keep getting "Error 401: Unauthorized". When I use my personal account to create and publish, it works fine. The service account can published a hosted survey fine. The service account and I both have the same user type and role in our Portal (11.3). I've tried having my account own the feature service, as well as the service account own the feature service. The service account cannot publish even when it owns the feature service. The feature service is published off of a feature class in a SQL Server EGDB. The feature class was created by my personal account in the database, but published as a feature service using the service account. The service account has edit permissions to the database feature class, and CAN edit and add new records to the published feature service inside a web map. This is obviously a permissions problem but I can't figure out why or where. If the service account has database permissions to the feature class, owns the feature service and can make edits in a web map -- why can't it publish a survey?

Fixed it! I don't know WHY this worked, but I decided to overwrite the service (republish), then started and stopped the service. It is working now, for anyone in the future that has a similar problem!

I'm editing within Dashboard. Using an Embedded Content widget to pass the URL to the specific Survey123 record. (This is the workflow I've been using for years: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-embedding-a-survey/ba-p/899140) If I hardcode a globalid into the URL and test in the browser, I get the same error. For example, this gives me the globalid error even though this points to a legit globalid in my feature service: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/8f4c1d1517be4154858a418681fa4896?mode=edit&globalId={9BCC1C8C-171B-4436-8041-15B9A7E025C1}&version=latest&portalUrl=https://myportal/webadaptor Again, all of this has worked fine for years. I'm so confused.

Something had to have impacted it. It's the embedded URL that isn't working anymore. The Survey works fine as a standalone. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/8f4c1d1517be4154858a418681fa4896?mode=edit&globalId={field/globalid}&version=latest&portalUrl=https://myportalurl/webadaptor

Hi. I have a few dashboards that have embedded surveys in them to edit records in a feature service (registered; published in 11.2 Enterprise). Everything has been working fine with these surveys since I created them in 2023. This morning, one of my users said they are getting the error "Editing is not possible because the globalId parameter was not provided". I checked the other dashboards I have with similar workflows and all have the same problem. I went through this article and everything is set up properly: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/error-editing-is-not-possible-because-the-record-specif-000028842 NOTHING has changed on my end, but I see that Survey123 had an update last week. I put in a ticket with Esri but they don't have an answer yet. This is impacting very important production work. @IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick any ideas??

You’ll have to put in a ticket with Esri. They walked me through deploying a .bat file that fixed things!

Hi - I'm having a variety of issues with the Zone Lookup instant app in Enterprise 11.2. 1. I had an existing Zone Lookup app that I built in 10.9.1. It wasn't working properly in 11.2 so I went to re-configure it and now it just spins and spins and never lets me open the app. 2. I tried recreating it, and I'm still getting odd behavior. When I search for an address, I get a pop-up in the map but the results panel is blank (doesn't display the pop-up of the layer). This used to work fine in 10.9.1. I'm most concerned with #2 - any ideas?? Screenshots attached!
