@BrettLessner The only thing that gets saved when you run the tool over REST is the user name of the person that runs the tool. It's only listed on the summary page, though. The other option would be to run SLP against the log directory, as suggested by @MaartenTromp_SSO

Yes, the software that's talking directly to the enterprise geodatabase should be as physically close as possible to eachother. So if your eGDB is in the cloud, your Pro users that directly connect to the eGDB need a VDI in the same cloud and region.

Can you make sure you have the current build of System Log Parser? We just tested your workflow manually and had no issue.

Well, ArcGIS Monitor would do the trick. When you moved the logs, did you also grab the services, server, and error reports folders? You need all three plus the info.log file.

@NickHarvey: that explains the disconnect, I was speaking to ArcGIS Enterprise. You should post this question in the ArcGIS Online channel, I was answering from an ArcGIS Enterprise perspective.

Hello @AmyKlug, The underlying issue is how S3 works when compared to an EBS volume. EBS (Elastic Block Store) is a virtual disk for your virtual machine, like your C: and 😧 drive on your PC. You can create any number of disks, each of any size, and attach them to an EC2 instance. Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) stores files, making them available on the Internet for downloading and access. Many Esri customers utilize S3 to share image caches, where the decrease in speed is not as big a concern as the cost. EBS, with even a standard SSD(GP2), behaves when working with data on the disk will be MUCH faster and behaves like a standard disk drive. None of this is an issue, in any case. The end-user experience you’ve laid out is expected behavior and not an issue with ArcGIS Pro. If you need to access data faster than S3 allows, you’ll need to move the content to EBS.

BYOL is exactly that, you need to acquire an Esri license prior to deployment and use that to deploy on AWS.

Hello, You can add any imagery service and use that as a newer basemap. Looking around a bit, it looks like the 2018 NAIP imagery is the most current I've found: https://msdis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/View/index.html?appid=5490021931814fd9a64ba6f1468fa9f0
