I've created a Data Catalogue for our organisation, and I wish our users to become more self-serving. It would seem hub only allows Filter toggles etc if the data is shared Publicly, same with the download tools etc. Would it not make sense to have these tools always available, regardless of the share setting. It's really restricting and doesn't make sense where trying to encourage users to use one version of a "truth"

Hi, I'm wishing to complete a transfer of content from one user to another within our organisation. The majority of the data has "moved" ok, however, I have a single feature service with a number of associated hosted view layers, based on joins, that's causing an issue. Read issue as it's being stubborn and won't move due to related dependencies. Even when selecting all items "related" I still get the warning and no movement. I've moved other content over, with views, already, but those have been a single feature service with max two views. We can't delete the views and recreate as they form part of an active inspection contract. Any help or ideas?

Umm.... 100 layers, grouped or not, in a map, is going to be slow. If it were me, I'd be thinking about what "message" you were trying to share and how to make it accessible, thus improving performance. I've a few experiences with at least 20 Feature Services embedded, multiple layers, and views along with 16 embedded dashboards, each with multiple tabs. Performance is as expected, given the load times of dashboards. eg; IoT Exp West Highland Way

Hi, Yeah, I work with a gully dataset that currently has 41k inspection records with attached photos (proof of inspection). In ExpB the user can select a feature then click on an "inspect" icon that opens the related table with the attachments. The photos are show, along with a hyperlink. The videos can be created and managed in same way.

Hi, Suppose the simplest question would be if the related table is an inspection table that's being added to, and you want to monitor in real time? If not, I'd do a join and then update your data, means a flat file and behaviours would be as expected. If it's an inspection table that's dynamic and being updated in real time, then a different approach is needed. A related table holds no spatial data, it's a record attached to a spatial element. So, you can create filters, but there's nothing relatable back from just a filter to do what you ask. Of course, there's work arounds. You can create a join in AGOL and that is then used, as it will keep a dynamic link to your data as it's added. Or, if you add filters to ExpB that then show the results in a table, you can then select records in that table and those will filter/flash the selected item as you're setting it to relate between parent and child ids. We've a road ironwork inspection routine, approx 20k items are inspected with an ever increasing related history table - it frustrates me no end there's no easy way to spatially relate data between table and parent. There's also options within Arcade to do this, but this isn't easily translated to the field, for example.

Hi, Unsure if it's "make or break", bit melodramatic. I suppose what needs to be understood is what happens when a user hits enter on a partially completed search, its relationship with the records held in your data, along with the behaviour of the map. Also curious, if all actions have been stripped, when you're saying the problem persists as there's no relationship between map and list. Perhaps what we first have to discover is how you've setup the actions between list and map, map and list. Have you also switched on the "Exact Match" from the list search? I've created a very rough example, just to tease out what you have setup in the back. https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/b33919e245554101aa2dd777d672cd91/ So, in above, if you type in Stir, incomplete for Stirling, and hit enter - all records are shown for Stirling. Select a record from the list, the action is to zoom to. For this example I've also set the map to filter the list on extent change. Just remember, if a search filter is applied and you move to another town, the list will return zero. (Map has deselect button active). It's easy to get over zealous with actions, they are very handy but can cause issues when you "cross the streams". Can you elaborate more on what you've actually set up, please?

Hi @CourtneyRoss It's just the way you've got the AND in the clause and all the "if any". If you look at what you're asking in the filters, you're getting a diminishing return as you'd expect, and given (I assume) your FC Key is unique once that's selected it knocks everything else out. If you look at the data, you'd not do a filter by ObjectID. Try Good Neighbour Authority and FC Key 12100 as a filter, it'll return nothing. I'd knock out the FC Key as it's not really an easy identifier, if you want to retain it (if someone has a list of them) put it in a "search box" and not in the filters themselves.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I should have perhaps been more specific - the last 1 week counts back 7 days from today and I'm also looking to have this filter used to create dynamic text. eg; Number of objects created last week; 999 (filter being "Date is Last Week", a change of xxx. So, last week one or even last 7 days moves forward with every new calendar day. A "is Last Week" option would "cement" the return to a set period.

I've report experience that I want to show/report data within the last week. Data for the report is run only on a Friday, covering Friday 5pm to following Friday at same time (inc weekends) and I don't want to lose the visibility of information as "7 days" pass, same for "1 week". Is there an easy way, just to filter for "Date Last Week"?

When creating a view for data within ExpB we have the handy option to select is in "This Month" as a filter option, would be handy if this was expanded to reflect options available within Dashboards etc., for example the is in "Last Month". A "Last Month" would be really handy when wanting to show, without creating a dashboard, comparison numbers.

Would be great if dashboards borrowed some of the formatting capabilities from Experience Builder. For example; rounding elements, element spacing, element positions, resolution or device rendering, drop shadows, colouring etc.. I embed a number of individual dashboards into ExpB, just for this type of flexibility, however, I always have to consider load times etc. in balance to user experience. Be nice for dashboards to be brought a little closer to more "modern" requirements.

@lst One option, using a scrolling template, would be to enable Header with the option to fix to top of screen, then add in widgets to create your menu options to that header, resizing header as you see fit.

@AdamMiller4 Charts are still only months old, and are under-developed so "by feature" isn't possible, yet. Regarding the site I'd created a while ago, it's been refreshed and now looks like; West Highland Way, Scotland With tweaking it works fine on mobile too, and you can see I use cards too - it's not ideal but is more than useable.

As part of our on-going Covid-19 support within our communities, we are distributing testing kits via our mobile testing teams. The number of kits distributed are then submitted via a Survey123 form. I've setup a dashboard so that our back office can track the numbers of kits leaving stock and collate our returns. The first pane of this dash has been setup to show the number of kits distributed "This week", however, even though we've had three submissions of data today (first day of the week) the serial chart is not rendering when the period is set to day (rendering fine when set to hour or minute). Anyone any ideas what's wrong? but then, The filter is clearly visible, Monday is definitely this week, there's data. Any ideas what is happening here? As a footnote, I've an indicator setup to show the trend compared to the "Last Week" and it's giving me a correct figure and comparison.
