I just tried restarting my project, and it let me snap when creating features. Not sure why, but it works now.

This is the same issue I have. And I have "Snap to Sketch" turned on as well. Edit: I have realized that it doesn't always happen to me. Sometimes it works. If I figure out when it works and when it doesn't, I'll reply on here.

It's crazy this functionality doesn't exist yet. I hope they add it soon.

I'm trying to use leaders to label pipe elevations where they connect to the manhole. The red is what I currently have; blue is where I'd like them to be. I have it set up where there is a label class for upstream elevation and one for downstream elevation (both on the same line feature layer). Here are the options I have set for each one: How do I get the leader lines to consistently point to where I want them? Thanks in advance for any help!

I made a Local Perspective app from online, but when I try to change the color on it, nothing happens. I've clicked "Save," and "Done," and even tried re-making the app, but I haven't been able to get it to change colors. Anyone else having this problem?

Is there any way to rebuild an address locator without being the owner? On the ArcGIS help 10.2, here, it only says you need write privileges. The end goal is a python script to rebuild the address locator at some regular interval. To test it, however, I need to be able to run the rebuild tool in the first place. I should note that the address locator is in an sde database currently; I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I have the same question. I'm using the standard ArcGIS Online map editor. When I make map notes, I can't get them to show up in the legend.

Hello, I'm trying to make an ArcGIS Online map showing different polygons (Neighborhoods). I have the transparency high when zoomed in so you can see the basemap underneath, but I want thick outlines so you can clearly see the boundaries of the polygons. Here's what happens though: 1) I make one polygon boundary think 2) I change another polygon width 3) The original one reverts back to being thin Does anyone know why this is happening?
