Yeah I remember the daml from going through the custom config tutorial. I don't see that file on my test machine, and I think it would only be there if someone had previously created a custom configuration. Furthermore I don't think you could just copy this file to the folder on the target machine ala ArcMap, because you have to set up the shortcut with the path to the pro exe as well as the daml location. And the user.config file seems to only contain elements pertaining to tool environment settings and such, not the UI. However, I did find an xml file in there which seems to reference (since I'm not an xml expert) panel docking settings kinda like you would see on a web page so I am going to copy this file to the same folder on another machine and see what happens - no great expectations but will let you know. No, we just have a doc that tells the user where to find the task and dock it in a panel. We actually thought about setting it up manually on each user's machine, which would be much easier than the custom configuration and we would still have to make the shortcut for them. The problem is that all the versions have the same owner, 'admin' when the AGOL feature service is brought into Pro. So all the users can see all of the versions in the list - what would it take to get around this, so that each logged in user would be able to own their own versions? Thanks, cob ... View more

Well I couldn't leave this alone James... have an https request connecting to the feature service through Flow (I think) but it doesn't do anything. The request works fine in the API in AGOL (having to hard code the objectid of course - I tried that in the Flow to no avail). In Flow it breezes right through with status 200 but fails to update the field. What am I missing here? Anything need to go in the header or am I totally off base? Thanks, cob ... View more

Thanks James -  I haven't used Flow much, just to send notification emails, but we are trying to use the Flow approval process when a new survey response is submitted. Will Flow hold the survey response in limbo until it is approved or will it be posted before the workflow is initiated? Why do I need to add fields to the feature class when using the Flow process? I am basically stuck at what to do if Response (for the approval in Flow) is 'Reject' where I would just want to delete the record from the survey without posting. The only option for the S123 connector at that point is 'Get Surveys' and I can't see a way to reference anything from the target survey I set initially. Also, my understanding is that the dynamic content links for the S123 webhook do not recognize image attachments which is obviously one of our main concerns in this situation. But really if Flow will just hold the response and notify the reviewer that would meet our needs well enough. Can you elaborate a bit on how to set the second webhook using the survey content?
