@LowerFraserFisheriesAllianceLF , it's on the Web Map (Map Viewer) for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.  Also, Web AppBuilder is deprecated, and you probably want to start migrating your WAB to ExB or Instant Apps.  I don't recall when it will be no longer available for the AGOL.  For Enterprise, WAB is no longer supported in Enterprise 12. @ChaselWood I'm using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, I noticed my web map doesn't have pop up going by alphabetically order, but when it's in the Web AppBuilder, everything is back to alphabetically.  I don't use AGOL often, so I don't know if AGOL is behaving differently.  I'm working on moving my WAB to ExB, hoping ExB doesn't have this issue.       ... Try to re-apply the patch again.  I had issue with banner after I applied the patch, so I re-applied it.  So far, it's been fine.  Also, what ArcGIS Enterprise version do you have?  There's "Portal for ArcGIS Security 2024 Update 2" patch released a few weeks ago for 11.2, 11.1, 10.9.1, 10.8.1, this patch does include the banner one.  So if you haven't apply this patch yet, apply this patch and see if your banner issue will be resolved. ... I have the same issue after upgraded to 11.3 from 10.9.1.  Prior the upgrade, I was able to view PDF on the web browser instead of download.  Now, can only view the PDF from the download folder.   ... View more

@ChrisMacnamara & @JasonBartling1.  I used to copy WMTS from AGOL with ArcGIS Online Assistant to my Portal 10.9.1.  Somehow one of the WMTS was working fine for months and then stopped working with Map Viewer.  It was loading in the classic map viewer.  I talked to the Map Viewer team at the UC this year.  The person that I spoke with said that it didn't work when you try to add WMTS URL via Map --> Add Web Service in the Map Viewer.  The only way that it worked was via Content --> New Item --> URL --> enter your WMTS URL.  This resolved my issue of adding WMTS to my portal.   Also, on the Portal --> Setting --> Security --> Trusted Server section --> enter the WMTS url to see if that helps.  I couldn't load one of the basemaps that I cached to my production environment 10.9.1 in my development environment 11.3 with the Map Viewer but loaded in the Classic.  Once, I added my production URL under the trusted server stion and allowed portal access, I was able to get the basemap displayed in Map Viewer.   ... I would like to know if you get your issue resolved?  I'm on 10.9.1 and is having issue with Chrome Version 127.0.6533.120 displaying the global navigation bar even after applied the patch.  No issue with Edge.  People at work use Edge & Chrome, so I just want to resolve the issue with the Chrome. ... I did apply the patch for 10.9.1.   I'm having issue with the Chrome browser even after cleared out the web browser & relaunched the browser.  I don't have issue with Edge.  Edge is the default web browser at work, but we do have people using Chrome.     ... View more

@ThomasHamill's post worked as that was what Map Viewer Team shown me at this UC. Per ESRI staff that next to the Search fields, there's a "Sort" option that you can sort by Default (attribute table order), Display name (alphabetically order), Type and Field Types. You can also save your pop-up order on the content item visualization tab.  So when you add the item to any web map(s), you don't need to change the order again.  See attached video. ... View more

Per Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 2023 Security Patch (esri.com), "Customers working with versions prior to ArcGIS 11.1 who cannot patch at this time may mitigate all security issues addressed by the Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise Sites Security Patch. Mitigation Options include: Option 1: Upgrade your deployment to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 to completely remediate these vulnerabilities. Option 2: Remove members from ArcGIS Enterprise Sites Core Team groups. In either case, ArcGIS Enterprise sites will remain accessible." Please correct me if I'm interpreting this statement incorrectly.  I'm using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and have applied the patch back in June.  Mitigation is one of the options listed above, meaning that I can upgrade to 11.2 to resolve the issue?  I'm scheduled to upgrade our Dev Environment after the Christmas.  Was planning to do 11.1 but with this issue will be upgrading to 11.2.  Thank you!   ...
