Hola Adriana, Se me ocurren un par de opciones que podrías probar para solucionar este problema: 1. Forzar el modo Online mediante el Registro Si no puedes abrir la configuración en la interfaz de ArcGIS Pro, puedes intentar cambiar el estado manualmente en el Registro de Windows: Cierra todas las aplicaciones de ArcGIS. Presiona Tecla Windows + R, escribe regedit y presiona Enter. Navega hasta: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Licensing. Busca el valor ARCPROWORKOFFLINE y asegúrate de que esté en FALSE (o 0). Reinicia ArcGIS Pro e intenta iniciar sesión normalmente, esta documentación está relacionada cn esta opción: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-perform-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-of-arcgi-000030419#:~:text=Procedure,to%20work%20offline%2C%20then%20proceed. Hay otras opciones: hacer un soft reset (limpiar perfiles locales) que requiere manipular algunas carpetas y modificar otros parámetros de sistema operativo y también recuperar la licencia desde My Esri lo cual podría realizar el administrador de licencias de tu organización. First, thank very much to all for respond. I want to give a context of my case. We have an app published yesterday in the web page of a important colombian radio station (the customer), here the link if you want to check it out: http://www.bluradio.com/horadelasvictimas Unfortunately i did not consider the issue in mention. The purpose of the app is give to the war victims in colombia the possibility to tell to the public his own history; narrate his experience of kidnapping, forced displacement by armed groups, or many diferent situations. Each victim can use the aplication and and write the history in the "cuentenos su historia" section, step 2, description's field .... it's the reason of my question....
