Hi,

We created a simplified web service (1 geodatabase) in ArcServer.  We then created a ArcGIS.online project with the topo basemap that referenced this service.  When opening in Firefox we are unable to access the the layer (see attachment).  When opening in ArcGIS or Arc Explorer, no problem.  When opening in IE 8 or IE9, no problem.  Any ideas on why this would occur?  My first guess is the browser security settings, but I can't find anything unusual with the settings.

Thanks

Can you provide the REST URL to your service?

Thanks,

Mike

Sure,

http://205.155.68.114/ArcGIS/rest/services/GCAFish/MapServer

Originally, the url was available only to members of a group, but I've changed it to share with "Everyone" so you can view it. Do you think the share limitations may have been causing the problem?

I'm not sure what's happening. I can display the layer in Firefox version 5. The fact that you can also view the layer in IE makes me think there may be some configuration issue with Firefox on your computer. Can you use Firefox from another computer to access the layer? Do you have any proxy setting that could be hindering things?

Ah Ha!
Hidden script blocker plug-in.  Everything works, and the world is right again.  Thanks for the help.
