Hi,
I created some maps using the light gray canvas layer as my basemap. They've been working just fine. I'm traveling this month and am now in Hong Kong. I need to make some edits to these maps but found that none of the basemap is displaying. I'm using the same laptop, same license, basically everything's the same except the location - I was in CA when the maps were displaying fine. Has anyone run into similar problems before? Is this fixable? Please help. Thanks!
