can I group a WMS and an Image Layer in a Web Map?

I have 3 different companies of pipelines.

2 companies give me a shp that I share via Pro in 1 Image Layer.
the latter company shares its own WMS.

I can load that WMS into ArcGIS Pro or Portal.

Can I group the 3 different layers together?
 My people have to see everything by activating 1 layer?

Based on my understanding, ArcGIS Online does not currently support grouped layers. However, it has been proposed as a new functionality within ArcGIS Ideas. 

So it is coming in the future!

Sorry, I should clarify. Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online do not support grouping but ArcMap does support grouping, but these groups will not be maintained in Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online once you publish.
