Display FeatureLayer values on view?

I have a feature layer that has a text field. called "house_numb" that I have to display on the view (as text graphic). I am using ArcGIS v4.10 javascript.
How can I display all values for this feature layer column? Do I use renderer property of the featureLayer object somehow? Can someone provide an example?
