I've read a few threads about having the ability to have a survey sent to an email after submittal.
I've been looking through GeoEvent. At this time, we do not have a portal and are using desktop and agol.
Is there a way to use either of these programs to perform this task?
I'm looking to have the option of a flagged survey sent directly to my supervisor when submitted. These flagged survey's would be completed by technicians in the field when they flagg an event that may need immediate attention.
I welcome all suggestions Thanks!

Corey,
I'm not sure how long the survey form is, but if you are looking to send an email from the survey form itself with information from the survey, then you might be able to give this a try.

I had found this in the past, but have not had a chance to try it out just yet.

I think it could be the direction you are wanting to head in; possibly?
Hey Mike, Thanks for the response. I've seen this thread while in my search. I'm not very python savy but will toy around with it when I have some non stressful work time

I will definitely give this a whirl, on a test survey 1st of course
I'll be sure to post back my results. Might not be today or tomorrow.
I hope it works for you. No worries at all as other folks on this forum have been very helpful when I was in need also. Let me know if you need any other help with the email link/creation... just remember to substitute in your email addresses...otherwise I might end up getting a few emails.
hahaha, thanks for the reminder.
I will email you directly if I have other, more personalized questions regarding this question outside the forum.
Thanks again
actually, negate that last comment seeing as i don't have your email
If you download the xlsx form from the blog post, then you will see that it is within the calculations field and also my coworkers...:)
Silly question but where does this xls form live?? I don't see it in the blog
