I wasn't able to locate a template for editing a feature service through a bootstrap form (that I could configure easily), and I'm not sufficient in js enough to create the functionality myself using the bare bones templates that are available, I'm more of a source code tinkerer on the more developed templates kinda person...
I'm hoping someone can assist with sharing their own custom applications, or any they are aware of that might help.
objectives - edit polygon feature service, update existing feature attributes, has attachments...
