Add Polygon & Attribute Data to Feature Service

Hello everyone,

Is there a widget available which would allow me to:

• add a new polygon to a feature service (if possible to snap to points on parcel layer while drawing new feature, would be a bonus)
• add attribute information for the new polygon (3 text fields)

    There are two OTB editing widgets in WAB the Edit widget and the Smart Editor widget:

Edit widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers 

Smart Editor widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers
