SUSTAIN MODEL

Does anyone have experience running the SUSTAIN model in ArcGIS? SUSTAIN is the new EPA stormwater management tool. It is designed to run in ArcGIS. However, all the SUSTAIN functions appear inactive in my ArcGIS. Thanks!

A lot of tools like this require specific extensions to run.  Ex Hec-GeoRAS requires 3dAnalyst to work.

Check to make sure everything SUSTAIN needs is turned on(Tools Menu->Extensions).  Failing that, it could be it just doesn't want to cooperate.  Wouldn't be the fist time something just flat out doesn't work...

I've encountered problems running the SUSTAIN model as well.  I began trying to run the model using ArcGIS 10 and could not locate the appropriate toolbar in Arc.  After some research and some questions to TETRA TECH I discovered the model is only compatible with ArcGIS 9.3.
