ArcMap 10 - HEC GeoRAS won't attribute elevations

Recently upgraded from ArcMap 9.3 to 10.0 service pack2.  Also upgraded HEC GeoRAS to v10.  I have a number of HEC GeoRAS projects that worked fine in v9.3, but now when I attempt to execute RAS Geometry functions such as stream centerline attributes>elevations or XSCutline attributes>elevations the elevation function is grayed out and unavailable.

The only time that should ever happen is when a 3dAnalyst license is not available.  Double check that you have it turned on(although it should automatically turn on) and try again.  Do you have a network license and perhaps someone else on the network is using it?
