Hi Rebecca, Thanks for your response Yes data is shared to a group with Open Data/Hub If I unshare it from that group it will disapear from Open Data/Hub. I want it to remain in Open Data/Hub but I want my users to see it but not export it. *Edit - added Hub to get the right terminology.

Hello I have a public ArcGIS Hub ArcGIS Hub I have a hosted feature service on ArcGIS Online http://spt-eaglegis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ec7899ee5f5b4c7394753476c08b08d1#overview And the ability to export is disabled When I open up in Open Data ArcGIS Hub The option to download is present. - is this thie right setting to disable downloads? I have been testing with other sites and have seen conflicting results

They mentioned that the survey was created in a much earlier version of survey123 connect, sometime early 2017 and this was the first time they made a change Anyhow the customer I was working with Exported the data in file geodatabase format, then made a test survey based on the existing feature service, pulled this service into ArcPro and simply appended the data into the service. It seemed to work fine (including photos!).

Hello - Just checking that this is a valid workflow using survey123 Problem - User needed to make a change in the survey (change answer required to not required) When attempting to republish this error message appears. (Survey name redacted) Possible Solution Create a new survey and publish it. However we need the old results from the first survey . If the schema is the same in theory could we append the data to the new Feature Service that is created when we publish the new survey? -Would these appeneded results appear in the analysis tab in Survey123 - granted the Edit dates/ submitted dates would be different Are there other potential pitfalls that could happen If there are any other ideas or workflows that I have not thought of feel free to add in comments Cheers

Hello Using SMP - or the ArcGIS Online Network analysis datasets I would like to generate a service area - however each feature has a different service area of which to base the breaks on A = 50 minutes B = 30 minutes C = 60 minutes and so on (200 in total) Looking at this - I am thinking we would need to use Model Builder with an iterator - what have others done? Hello - since it says 101 - you definitely need a new license key You should be able to get this from My.Esri.com > or talk to your IT people and they should be able to get you the right license files

I found I had this issue as well I narrowed it down to having a field in my survey with Likert as the apperance > No label in the heading but a hint Republished survey with a label and it worked

Hello If you enable Esri Access - then the administrator for you MyEsri will need to link them to the MyEsri page for your Org. https://my.esri.com/#/questions They dont need to be linked to an MyEsri Org to access geonet however I can't speak for how other college's operate but I'm speaking to what happens if you allow Esri Access from ArcGIS Online. Others that work in this sector may wish to comment on how they operate and what they allow.

Manage members—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Administrators can enable and disable Esri access on member accounts. A member whose account has Esri access enabled can use My Esri and Community and Forums (GeoNet), access e-Learning on the Training website, and manage email communications from Esri. The member cannot enable or disable their own access to these Esri resources. Hope that this helps

Hi there Referencing this link How To: Configure Portal for ArcGIS to work with survey123.arcgis.com Portal for ArcGIS versions 10.4, 10.4.1, and 10.5 require additional configurations to connect a survey123.arcgis.com website with a Portal. These configurations are not required for Portal for ArcGIS 10.5.1 and newer versions, as these versions are pre-configured to connect to the survey123.arcgis.com website. My question is whether or not Portal 10.3.1 is supported using this method - it is not specificly stated or specificlly excluded. - Just doing some troubleshooting on an iOS device Cheers John P
