In MyEsri you need to cancel the appropriate portal license file https://my.esri.com/#/provisioning/files/portal Depending on where you are and what My Esri Privileges you have you may not be able to do this. If this is the case - contact your MyEsri Admin or your Esri Distributor or Esri Support

I have a BUG Number for this error you are getting - BUG-000123116 "The maximum number of licensed user types for user type XXXX has been reached." WARNING-level log messages appear in Portal 10.7.x logs if 100% of a user type is allocated, and users log into the portal.

Hi all ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3 I am creating route layers and would like to add the Directions Report to a Pro Layout Is this possible doing it directly from ArcGIS Pro? - I have been taking a screenshot of the directions window and adding that to the layout. Was seeing if there was a different way of achieving this.

You could add the Oceans basemap and then remove the reference layer you get a result like this Alternatively you could create and publish a vector tile package and upload to ArcGIS Online. -

Is the data in an Esri format? ie if you are using an Excel Spreadsheet or CSV file Use a tool like Excel to Table (or Table to table - if CSV) and convert the Excel Spreadsheet (into a Esri Geodatabase Table Once you have done this you could (depending on your data set) use a tool like Split by attributes to make the data more manageable. Once it is in an Esri Format As an alternative, you can use the Catalog window to select the table that contains the x,y columns and create a feature class. http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/map/working-with-layers/adding-x-y-coordinate-data-as-a-layer.htm

What is the coordinate system of your Data Frame or Map Frame? Also when you do the conversion Display XY Data if you choose the coordinate system as Geographic WGS1984 it should display correctly.

Hi there I have created a survey and would like other user types that are not creators to export the outputs as shown below I have tested this with a viewer role and field worker role and get this message My users here have access to see the data - but they cant export the results The viewer settings allow users to export to different data types Is it because these users cant create content - they cant export data to a different type?

Hi team I am working with a customer and sometimes we get this message appearing when using the app. However we can't click the trust button. - The message goes away if we close the app and reopen it. - however every now and then the message appears again. Have others had this message appear? We do get this when on Wifi or Cellular

Hello If you add data as a CSV - a point is generated. You would need to acquire a polygon feature class with the countries and add the field with the information you desire.

Hello I have reproduced this Add a Map service from an ArcGIS Server (tested on 10.6.1 and 10.3.1) - to a Webmap - configure the popup and add an arcade function Save the webmap Share as a Webapp You get an error when the webapp loads The layer and legend don't appear ArcGIS Web Application Remove the arcade function and no error and the layer and legend appear Ill get something logged with Esri Tech Support
