Adding on to Randy's comment...are you specifying the outFields variable to show the field you want returned? Query (Feature Service/Layer)—ArcGIS REST API: Services Directory | ArcGIS for Developers There is an option to use a wildcard (outFields=*) or specify each field (outFields=AREANAME,ST,POP2000) individually.

Thanks Kyle, I'm not sure that we'll be able to get this resolved here without doing a bit of logging and tracing. Would you mind if we get you connected with Technical Support? I'll happily have a case created for you and have someone reach out.

Thanks for posting Kyle, I have a few questions for you: Data Storage: Are you using a Query Layer or DBMS view for the feature layers? Or are they both registered with the geodatabase as a feature class? Widget: Does the filter on the point and polygon persist? Or are these filtered attribute fields intended to be toggled by the end-user?

Did you register your view with the geodatabase? Or is does this spatial view exist in a standalone DBMS? One of the reasons this is important is because unregistered spatial views are cast as a subquery when ArcGIS queries the database. The use of a subquery is to ensure no malicious SQL is being sent to the database inadvertently but it also can create some performance issues. However, if you register the view with the geodatabase, it will store the metadata information and no longer send a nested query. We built the ability to register a view into ArcMap 10.5 as a geoprocessing tool: Register a table or view with the geodatabase—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Thank you for the question. We no longer offer a trial for ArcMap because our development and innovation focus is on ArcGIS Pro. We will still have releases of ArcMap 10.8 but with very little new functionality. There are some more details on the 2019 UC Q&A: What is the future of ArcMap? If you have a need for ArcMap, I would recommend reaching out through the form below to see what other options may exist. Information Request

The extension should be enabled for you automatically. Can you log into ArcGIS Pro and try the two following steps? The extension should be enabled by default if being used through ArcGIS Pro: https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/core-concepts/licensing-and-deployment/ When say logging into the Developer Account are you referring to MyEsri or ArcGIS Online? Are you just looking to get started using the tool or just to view the licenses assigned to you?

Usage on SDE and public should be enough, as long as the public user has the requisite table, sequence, and functions specified for st_geometry and SDE table access. By testing one of the methods I sent we can then confirm if something is missing from the explicit object permissions. I'd also be more than happy to get you in touch with Technical Support so that someone could give you a call to troubleshoot and get this figured out. Log files are configured by default but we've had some changes between the last few releases. Could you share which version are you using? These new users have needs to access both the SDE and public schemas to view the system repository tables. Often when a user cannot connect through ArcGIS but can through pgAdmin, it is related to permissions on SDE or public.
